On the Portuguese archipelago of Madeira, fertile soil and Atlantic breezes conspire to create one of the world’s most complex, full-bodied wines. So it stands to reason that the island would produce a soccer star that boasts the very same qualities. His name is Cristiano Ronaldo, and in a few short years the long-limbed midfielder has intoxicated soccer fans with his quick feet, powerful shot, and awesome creativity. A couple of years older and a little stronger, Queresma shared many of the same qualities of his younger teammate.
